Friskis & Svettis Amsterdam

Friskis & Svettis Amsterdam was founded in 1993.
Amoung our membership you can find Scandinavian as
well as Dutch, but also people of other nationalities.
Since April 1999 Friskis & Svettis Amsterdam is member
of Nederlandse Culturele Sportbond, NCS.

Location: The gym at the Parcivalschool St. Vrije School
Lindenlaan 317, Amstelveen

With the sneltramlijn 51, it takes about 25 min. from
the Central Station in Amsterdam to the tramstop
Sportlaan. From this tramstop it takes about 5 min. to
walk to the Parcivalschool St. Vrije School.

Dear Friskis&Svettis fans,

Friskis&Svettis start again on Monday the 13th of January.
This season runs until June 2nd 2003 (including 2/6). A
membership card for this period costs 40 euros (card type A).
For students and holders of an Amstelveense Pas: 22.50
euros (card B) and gives access to the sessions on Mondays
from 19:30 to 20:30.

Note: This season, there will be no lessons on Thursdays.

Special offer: introduce a new member and pay only 5 euros
for your own membership card!

Conditions: 1) Card type of the new member is at minimum
equal to the card type that you qualify for. 2) The new
member has not been a member of F&S Amsterdam in the
past spring or autumn season!

Open House: Monday January 13th and 20th. Traditionally,
neighbours, friends, family and colleagues have an oppor-
tunity to taste Friskis&Svettis, work on their condition and
agility, FREE OF CHARGE!
